Recently Gathered Saylor Creek Wild Horses Available for Adoption

The Bureau of Land Management invites the public to a wild horse adoption event for several of the recently gathered Saylor Creek wild horses at the Boise Wild Horse Off-Range Corral, on October 17–18, 2026. Gates open October 17 and 18 at 9 a.m., with competitive bidding beginning Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for one hour. From 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. and again on Sunday from 9 a.m. to noon, the remaining wild horses will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, a few wild burros will be available for adoption.
