Subject: Nevada Data Standards for LR2000 3809 Notices and Plans of Operation

Program area: Mining Law Administration, Surface Management

Purpose: The purpose of this Instruction Memorandum (IM) is to provide guidance on the proper data entry of 3809 cases into LR2000.

Policy/Action: The attached tables contain the appropriate action codes that are required to be entered in each case in LR2000. Use these tables to verify that the cases entered in LR2000 for your field office contain all the necessary information in the proper format. This document will be posted to the Nevada Minerals internal home page. As new action codes are added or standards are changed this document will be edited to reflect those changes.

Time Frame: This IM is effective immediately and will be in effect unless formally modified.
