The award will be presented by the Director or his representative at the Excellence in Interpretation Awards Ceremony, held during the National Association for Interpretation (NAI) National Workshop, November 16-20, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Division of Education, Interpretation, and Partnerships will pay both travel expenses and the National Workshop registration fee for the selected honorees.The purpose of the awards program is to recognize accomplishments and contributions of BLM employees in the fields of interpretation or education during the past year and to stimulate and reward creative thinking and activity within the Bureau.
