The Bureau of Land Management’s Kemmerer Field Office has issued a decision record and finding of no significant impact for Uinta Wind Energy LLC’s Wind Farm Project.
Today the Bureau of Land Management issued a decision and Finding of No Significant Impact resulting from the court-ordered additional analysis of 81 parcels sold during the June 2022 oil and gas lease sale in Wyoming.
Approximately 125,000 pounds of garbage were removed from more than 40 acres of public lands. The cleanups were conducted by contractors qualified to remove hazardous materials and other potential hazards.
