BLM Utah to Host Resource Advisory Council Meeting/Conference Call

Salt Lake City—The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will host a meeting/conference call Wednesday, June 29, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. – noon, MST.

Topics of discussion at the meeting include the BLM Planning 2.0 Proposed Rule, the Three Creeks Grazing Allotment Environmental Assessment and the Eastern Lake Mountains Target Shooting Plan Amendment. 

Those attending the meeting in person should meet at the BLM-Utah State Office, 440 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, in the Monument Conference Room, fifth floor, at 9:00 a.m.  Public participants wishing to listen to the teleconference, orally present material during the teleconference, or submit written comments for the RAC should notify Lola Bird, Public Affairs Specialist, BLM, Utah State Office, 440 West 200 South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101; phone (801) 539-4033; or email lbird@blm.gov no later than 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 22, 2016.  A public comment period will take place from 11:15-11:45 a.m.

The meeting is open to the public; however, transportation, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of participating individuals.
