Subject:    Survey Plats and Field Notes in California

The survey plats and field notes microfiche have not been updated since 1997 when the micrographics unit in Denver closed. All new surveys, from 1997 to date, are on file in the Branch of Geographic Services, Survey Records unit, Sacramento California.  

All customer requests for research and copies of the official surveys should be directed to the Survey Records unit in the California State Office, Sacramento, California. For additional information Contact, Survey Records, 916-978-4330 or email at casurveyrecords@blm.gov.
